Order to run the notebooks is confusing

For example, based on the current numbering/sorting, it seems 3_3_run_oq_scenarios.ipynb should be run before 3_oq_gmmLT_from_usgs_shakemap.ipynb. However, one needs a gmmLT to run the models.
