After reloading the plugin, the output_type is not updated correctly anymore

For instance, if you load an output from the OQ-Engine after reloading the plugin, the Data Viewer is not set to display such output.

It is probably related to the fact that while the plugin is initialized it waits for iface to be ready before connecting signals. When the plugin is reloaded, iface is already there, so signals remain disconnected.
