Adjust plot size

@CatalinaYepes, on my machine in both cases plots are automatically adjusted by the size of the window (they fit the window when the window is expanded and they are shrinked to a minimum width when the window is shrinked). The area containing the plot is scrollable. I'd like to see what happens on your machine, to better understand what might be wrong in your case.

It looks ok also on Windows 10. @CatalinaYepes, we should check it better on mac and see what's wrong there.

On a MacOS Mojave VM things seem to work too. On small screens, though, some labels become invisible if the Data Viewer panel is shrinked too much.
