Error w/ Load Layer/Aggregate by Zone in irmt v3.11.3

This erros occurs on an event-based risk calculation. One the calculation is complete, when trying to load an Average Asset Losses Layer , asking for Aggregate by zone gives the following error message:
I cannot attach the calculation and GIS data that can be used to ask for the aggregation (e.g. choosing the Adm2, Adm3 or Adm4 layers result in the error). I will send it to you directly so you can replicate the error.

OS: MS Windows 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
OQ Version: 3.11.3
Plugin Version: 3.11.3
QGIS version: 3.16.8-Hannover
