[BUG] Info panel accordion broken on Edge

Describe the bug
Info panel in questions open by default and won't close when clicked.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to any question
- Click on question text
Expected behavior
Info panel opens and closes and starts in closed state
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows
- Browser: Edge
- Version: 44.18362.449.0
