Taunt Kill microgame

Describe your enhancement to the gamemode
Taunt killing could be used as a new microgame. Players equipped as Soldier with the Escape Plan melee would need to taunt kill an opposing player to succeed.

Extra context: This should only run when multiple players are in server.
Win condition: Player death via taunt kill
Dev notes: Does having custom taunts cause problems with this?

This one is done too. When you have a free moment, could you look into some BGM for this one? @Mario6493

I think it needs to be around 6 seconds long, since the taunt takes time before the grenade explodes

Moving back into in progress, needs some tweaks/rework
