Dodgeball boss

We should consider adding a dodgeball bossgame
This should take place in a large area with players from both teams spawning as Pyros across from each other on platforms - teams should remain separated.
A rocket spawner should be placed up high between the two platforms - it should only spawn homing nuke rockets that can be airblasted, by default choosing a random player to move towards.
If a player successfully airblasts the rocket, it should choose a new target player from the opposite team. Each time the rocket is airblasted, its speed should increase.
When a nuke rocket collides with a player, it should explode with a large blast radius and knockback.
There should only be 1 nuke rocket active at a time.
The boss ends when
- 1 player remains
- The bossgame timelimit is up.
Extra info:
- Only playable with multiple players
- All players must be pyro
- All players should only be allowed to airblast - primary fire blocked
- New large boss area required
