consider removal of go-lego import statement

Minerva adds its own import when it loads a model for service. That is based on startup configuration. Having the import in two places opens up the opportunity for confusion and redundancy.

Would need to take out the imports already there in a batch update and modify the save to ttl code to take them out then as well.
