Thanks for the diff @kltm
All of the changes are consistent with ontology updates:
Two models change GO:0016580 Sin3 complex -> GO:0070822 Sin3-type complex
Other change is CL:0000003 native cell -> CL:0000000 cell - only found in several MGI gene-centric models.
