set URL on github repo to author's URL

Currently, the link is just recursive, so it's not somewhat pointless. I think a better default would be the author's github URL.

Yeah, good idea. I think we can check the homepage against the repository and if they're different use the homepage, otherwise use the author's github URL. This can still be overridden when answering the question.
