Cannot connect to Etherium pools without passwords (like 2miners pool)

A first problem is stratum+tcp:// doesnt't works for that pool. In ethminer 0.15 we need to change stratum+tcp:// to stratum1+tcp:// and it starting to work. On sgminer-gm 5.5.5 I cannot use stratum on that pool, so I'd deleted this.

A second problem is "Wrong URL or user/pass". 2miners pool doesn't use any password for workers.

I'd tried to type "x" or "" - no results.

P.S. Also smminer-gm 5.5.6 pre-release doesnt't work with ETH. It's sending A LOT of wrong results at every second
