Go to chapter dialog tweak: make current chapter visible by default

In StoryDisplay's go to chapter dialog, it'd be great to have the dialog defaulted to have it scrolled to current chapter.
E.g., when a user.is on chapter 24 (out of a 40-chapter story), the go to chapter dialog should scroll down automatically so that chapter 24 is visible (without user scrolling).
Bonus: have some visual indicator on current chapter.
