You haven't mention how to use this mod like where to paste the files and how to uninstall it if it crashes your pc so pls try putting it in reader.md

well what create the scripts folder? was not the Ultimate ASI Loader? because now its just a dll

Copy & Paste VHUD content to GTA SA folder... You just need ASI Loader, you don't need Ultrimate ASI Loader. Troubleshoot it yourself.
