Add ANSI color coding

It would be cool if you could add color codes to the output. You could make the active miner a bold color or something too for it to stick out.

That specific highlighting would require a redesign of the 'display' building function. It might happen after/when we end up with client mining software. I've added colors in general though in a branch. idk how i feel about it lol.
