Please update the overlays ebuild to match stable x11-misc/lightdm-1.30.0-r2 as 1.30.0-r2 this is the only version in the main portage tree now.

Ok, figured that out myself. Used Gentoo's lightdm-1.30.0-r2.ebuild, adjusted KEYWORDS to match the ones from the musl ebuild, swapped epatch with eapply and the musl patches still apply fine.

Since the old lightdm-1.26.0-r1::musl.ebuild was dropped the musl patches needed were no longer around. Luckily Void Linux musl patches just work fine for Gentoo lightdm-1.30.0-r2.ebuild. (see https://bugs.gentoo.org/766866)
