Situation
In case SwissGov releases a Proxymit Tracing app, we need to proliferate/encourage usage via map.geo.admin.ch Desktop and especially mobile
Task
add Text and Link to apps in header of desktop and mobile

Add to DESKTOP
MOBILE
Default the second header is on, can be clicked away (cross at the end)

All users are urged to install the potential PT app
