No default for width of lines in polys branch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load this KML file (LineStyle has color but no width):
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_kmltest_linktoB.html?filename=
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/SO_IT_info_kmlB.xml
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Same KML with width set to 1:
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/v3_geoxml3_kmltest_linktoB.html?filename=
http://www.geocodezip.com/geoxml3_test/SO_IT_info_kmlC.xml

Fixed version 96, ported default style handling from kmz branch
