Can not load and show a local KML file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a html, geoxmlv3.js, cta.kml in the same folder
2. Open the html with browser.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The polylines in cta.kml are expected to be shown on google map, while it does
not work.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google Map API3, geoxmlv3, Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.

I replaced "geoxml3.js" with "geoxmlv3.js", but it still does not work.
