Bottom part of the Settings window is not avaiable with big list of togglable items

With big list of togglable items bottom part of the Settings windows goes below the bottom part of the screen and it is not possible to remove items.

Operating System: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
Kernel: Linux 5.11.0-38-generic
Gnome: 3.36.8

Thank for reporting this! To tell you the truth, this is a known issue for the 3.36 and 3.38 versions and it has been fixed in Gnome 40. Unfortunately, I personally don't plan to fix this since Ubuntu 21.10 also uses Gnome 40 (it would be pretty hard to do so, since there were huge changes in gnome 40). I will close this issue for now, but if anyone wants to work on this, then feel free.
