Maintain source creation time in newly created files

I am not sure if it is possible but it would be nice to copy the file metadata such as "Time of creation" and "Time of modification" from the source file into the destination file.

As of now, all the new files are created using the current system date and time. This is not very neat because we lose the order in which the images where created when I upload the pics to a storage solution such as Google Photos.
