Current Behavior
since news 11.4.2 we see the error explode(): Argument #2 ($string) must be of type string, null given on the news-list pages

Expected behavior/output
no error

Environment

• TYPO3 version(s): 12.4.15
• news version: 11.4.2
• Is your TYPO3 installation set up with Composer (Composer Mode): yes
• OS: OSX, linux

@georgringer Sorry, you are right. In Main you already fixed the problem. I forgot to check this first.

In the article in https://docs.typo3.org/p/georgringer/news/11.4/en-us/Tutorials/Templates/MultiCategorySelection/Index.html is tagged in version 11.4. It would be better to bump main into version 11.4. Just for clarification.
