Instead of having a button to download the transcripts, it would be nicer to show the transcripts in HTML directly and have a sticky navigation bar on top with the name of the application and 3 action buttons:
- Download transcripts,
- Email transcripts, and
- Report a bug
From these 3 features, only download transcripts is already implemented.
