Create documentation about data migration process

Create documentation about data migration process from geodatabase ESRI (geopackage) into PostGis.
After discussion with the customer we need to read definition of the workspace via esri XML file.
From this file we can read:

• domains with values
• tables with fields, domains and subtypes rules
