@randomorder I think I found the issue (which is still recurring) X-Frame-Options for nginx must be tweaked to allow sameorigin I suspect it is on DENY, anyway it is an easy thing to fix I think.

Looks like it is working now, I modified and documented the configuration both in the document and in the nginx.conf file itself referencing this issue.
