Style Editor - rule tooltips are not dismissed when a rule is moved

Open the style editor, select a style with multiple rules.
Hover on a rule to display the tooltip
Drag the rule to change order
The tooltip is not dismissed and it stickls to the mouse even after closing the style editor window
