Reproject vector layers for printing

Description
Vector layers are not reprojected to the target projection if projection changes, when sent to the printing engine.
How to reproduce
- enable the PrintProjection plugin
- add a vector layer to the current map (e.g. an annotation layer)
- add the print panel
- switch projection to a different one
- print the map
Expected Result
Vector layers are correctly reprojected to the target projection.
Current Result
Vector layers are NOT correctly reprojected to the target projection.
