wrong geometry property for L8 granules in granules.json

Looks like geometry property for L8 granules is not set properly. Needs investigation

Some information useful for debugging:
I tried to publish an L8 product into GeoServer and taking a look at the bbox for one of the granules, the Band 1 granule. I got the following result: https://goo.gl/M82w41

I suspect the coordinates of the polygon are not specified in the correct order and result in such a ribbon shape geometry
