Dashboard contents and WMS layer colouring

Bar charts by categories (e.g. occupancy or construction for Buildings) should be distinguished by colour.
We must define a palette for each content category and employ the same palette for WMS layer stylin.
This mean that when a dashboard is opened, a STYLE parameter must be toggled to request a certain styled WMS layer. E.g. STYLE=occupancy or STYLE=construction.
