Feature Selector

Create a componente to select on map, by drawing BBOX or polygon, filtered crashes.
The component should open after a filter is applied to crashes.
It shows a combo-selector, with BBOX or Polygon, and a button to enable and disable the drawing tool.
If user draws with ctrl key pressed, the selection add to previous one, if not is a new selection.
