Implement support for halo / outline and rotation in text rendering

We should extend text rendering, to add support for three new style properties:
- labelOutlineColor: color for halo / outline of the text
- labelOutlineWidth: width / size for the halo / outline of the text
- rotation: label rotation (in degrees, cclockwise)
