Windows 2003 x64 Module Not Loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Module is not loading per MSInfo32.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried using x64 DLL and EXE package and 32 bit version.
Please provide any additional information below.
- Are there any special instructions for 64bit systems? I have installed and
used this tool on dozens of 32 bit Windows 2003 systems, not sure why it is not
loading. I am quite familiar with the installation process, however there does
not seem to be any log file or next step in troubleshooting.

I'm having the same problem on my 2008 x64 system. No log file evident and the
googlehashupdater does not appear to run at all. Are there specific
instructions for installing on 2008 x64?
