Add "% positive" to the "tests" page

This page: https://covid19.geo-spatial.org/statistici/teste-efectuate should also have a chart showing what percentage of the tests were positive (should be easy, we know tests per day and new cases per day)

I am also interested in this as it tells a lot more than just the number of tests or positive cases. You can calculate this very easy but it would be nice though to have this information visually represented on the graph.
