either styling of panner (handles for dnd) and application header not correclty done (offical apis) or bugs in safari/chrome -> investigate

fixed by import a css-theme for a component (see MainLayout -> @CssImport, service/frontend/styles/vaadin-text-area-drag-movable.css and add just a class for the component in service/frontend/src/possy-planner.js)
