How can I make this link type https://imgur.com/LcOsfv7 display as image embedded on the page instead of showing the full size pic?

This is not currently supported, as I figured that viewing a single image could just be redirected to showing the full image since there are no other images on the page. Is there a reason you want to view the single image in a frame vs. a full-size image? This can be implemented if there's a good reason for it.

Some images have title & description so if the image is embedded on a page then those details can be shown

I see, that seems reasonable enough to implement.

I thought titles and descriptions were already implemented.
