CBA Settings to not vaporize player has no effect

That setting BloodLust_IsVaporizationEnabledOnPlayer is not used anywhere in Bloodlust Code, so it has absolutly no effect

Classnames used for vaporization BloodLust_VaporizationAmmoClassnames are used in a function BloodLust_IsAmmoInVaporizationWhitelist which is not called anywhere in bloodlust

BloodLust_IsVaporizationEnabled is used, so we could keep the blood splatters without any vaporization effects
