Weather underground wants rain in in, gets mm

Unfortunately I was not able to find a sane WU Api documentation, but looking at

GXAirCom/lib/WeatherUnderground/WeatherUnderground.cpp

sprintf(msg2,"&rainin=%.2f&dailyrainin=%.2f",

I would assume (by looking at the 'in' on rainin and also becuase WU uses banana metrics everywhere else) that we are supposed to deliver inches/hour and not mm/h.
1 in (inch) = 25.4 mm
