Saving clusters pop-up window is not available

When saving the clusters generated in the 2D embedding feature, the pop-up window is sometimes behind the newly opened cluster pile-up window and hence the buttons (cancel, submit) are not available. Closing the pile-up window to get the access to the cluster region window later results in an error with saving the regions

This should be fixed inc8e4be709ed2b0b81f7f71f25b2f5e8f11cfb1fd (running on the internal server)! Can you confirm this?

Also seems to work well now!
