[CLEAR] Fields reappeared in edit mode

Hello,

I have a problem with a form, where data are not really cleared (it reappears in edit mode).
It is visible on the following gif (field E-mail de diffusion) :

The store seems ok, but in forms the data is still present :

I don't really understand, because in our "create mode" the fields are cleared.
