Automation - filter by carrier or payment

There is a problem for anyone who imports orders from other systems such as Ebay, Amazon etc
We have automation switched in so when we change the order status to shipped (automatic via cron) REVWS kicks in and sends a review request- but they will go to Amazon / Ebay etc also which is against the rules and confusing for the cutomer
We limit the reviews to the "Shipped" status, but is there a way to also limit via perhaps carrier or payment type?
