The customer has sent a request for a refund, the supplier needs photo/video confirmation that the product is indeed defective or broken

Please add the ability to attach attachments (photos or videos) to conversations on the refund request page

@mrabbani, @imtiaz-pranto This feature should be an option for the admin because it will overload the website database if consumers can upload pictures from their phones that are in super high resolution.

Or Dokan plugin will need to automatically reduce the quality of this refund requests pictures.
Using a dedicated images plugin won't work because vendors don't want to affect their products' picture quality and admin don't want to affect website pictures quality.

Just a note to keep in mind.

Thank you @Adioman for bringing this to our attention. We understand how crucial it is for suppliers to have visual confirmation of defective or broken products before processing a refund. This is indeed a valuable feature request, and we will consider it for our upcoming releases.
@Mohaiminulislam1989 Bhai, we need to create the process flow and decisions regarding the file restrictions and outcome of submission. I think we can list it as an important feature.

@imtiaz-pranto set a milestone for this feature request and prepare a feature requirement list.
