Add message about who maintains Gauge

Give credit to maintainers of Gauge on the website landing page.
Perhaps a message like
"Gauge is maintained by ThoughtWorks and the Gauge community"
@zabil @nyuday
Proposing a couple of options for adding the message about "who maintains Gauge" on the website landing page.
Notes:
- A one liner message "Gauge is maintained by ThoughtWorks and the Gauge community" after the feature section and before the getting started CTA.
- On clicking the ThoughtWorks link redirect users to the TW products page and for gauge community - redirect users to the github page(?)
Notes:
- Adding this as a separate section with a section header (About Gauge/Gauge community etc.)
- Making the content a bit more verbose with added details about gauge history or TW products to explain the gauge pedigree. Used placeholder content for now.
I like options 2 as it flows into the call to action. Plus more description with pedigree.
@suziejprince Yeah this was added from user comments of first user research (dry-run)
Copy for Option 2:
