It seems the webshot function fails with an Internal Server Error

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
a 500 error means that something on your server wasn't able to process. Unfortunately i'll need to see the logs to know exactly what happened. It could be that there's extra security in place that is limiting the use of a particular PHP function, or it could be a misconfiguration of PHP in general. If you can please send me the relevant webserver error logs, i'll be glad to take a look for you.
