Missing default.html.twig template

Hi, this theme is missing the default.html.twig template, as for Tessellate theme, I've just fixed. Please see this issue. giansi/grav-theme-tessellate#1

There really is not fixed list of template types a theme must support. default.html.twig is used a lot but is not a requirement.
