Add support for HTMX 2.0

Motivation

HTMX 2.0 alpha has been released and it would be nice to support it in Ludic.

What Changed

Examples, where we need to define how it will work in Ludic:
- The hx-on attribute is now used like hx-on:htmx:before-request="...", etc.
- hx-ws and hx-sse are now legacy
