Docs: How to change where images are located

This was a great question that shows that there are a lot of ways to tell your bundle about the location of the images it references, and when you would choose to use one over the other.

Let's add some docs to make sure people know which to use and when

• Find any reference to thick or thin bundles in our docs and improve them. Porter doesn't use the term thick or thin, just CNAB. So if we are sowing confusion with those terms in our docs, let's fix that.
• Update the images section in the manifest docs to explain what referencing an image will do.
• Add a best practice doc about how to tell your bundle where to find the images it needs. Link to that doc from relevant places, like the manifest docs, airgap, etc.
