Blog tags render funny on a small screen

Describe the bug

When a blog page is rendered on a small screen, sometimes the tags break oddly with part of the tag going off screen or has wrapping whitespace that doesn't look right because it breaks up the enclosing oval oddly instead of just wrapping the text inside the shape without changing the shape of the enclosing oval.

To Reproduce

Go to https://getporter.org/blog/install-multiple-plugins/ and scroll down to the page tags after the article.

Expected behavior

1. The tag "best-practice" should not break the oval into two shapes. The text should have wrapped inside the shape, or shrunk to fit inside.
2. The tag "plugins" is cut off by the right side of the page.
