Windows logo to be used for platform UWP

Universal Windows Platform today has no logo. The appropriate logo for it would be the blue Windows 10 logo.
We support UWP through .NET so we'll need a mapping too. For example, assuming the file would be named windows.svg or something, the mapping would be:'dotnet-uwp': 'windows':
