Replace `upload-dif` to `debug-files upload`

In sentry-cli@2 the debug-files upload replaced upload-dsym and upload-dif . The old commands are now aliases for the new one. In most cases, nothing changes but there are differences. For example, $DWARF_DSYM_FOLDER_PATH is not scanned automatically anymore.

Maybe Ivan can help here since the integration tests/python scripts are used in multiple places, so we fix it only once.
