Setting recurrence does not set a checkmark to indicate the recurrence in contextual menus

...in the Task Browser's contextual (right-click) menu for the selection,
or the Task Editor's recurrence toolbar menubutton.
This was never implemented even in 0.6, so technically not a regression from the GTK4 port.
