Expanders cause alignment problems in hierarchical tags list in Sidebar and tasks list in Task Browser

Tag names and icons for free, parent and child tags should be aligned, but currently they have problems:

• parent tags should be probably aligned with free tags
• leaf child tags should have some indentation compared to their parent tags
• nested parent tags should probably also have a better indentation compared to their parent tags

After restart the leaf child tag has become a free tag on the list:

Task list also has similar aligning problems:

Moving tags in the list does not update the view properly:

• moving free tag under some other free tag to make it child tag makes it disappear - until you click on the new parent tag (then the collapse widget appears)
• moving all the child tags from parent tag leaves parent tag with collapse widget - until application restart
